Zomato Hyperpure, the B2B supply chain arm of Zomato, is expanding its operations with a new 253,000 sq ft warehousing facility at Lodha Industrial and Logistics Park in Palava, Mumbai. The five-year lease, commencing on February 15, 2025, involves a monthly rental of ₹85.3 lakh with a 5% annual escalation. Zomato has also provided a security deposit equivalent to four months’ rent. This investment reflects Hyperpure’s commitment to streamlining its supply chain operations.

Located in a rapidly growing industrial hub, the new facility will provide Hyperpure with enhanced connectivity to key urban centers[5]. Supplying fruits, vegetables, and groceries to restaurants, Hyperpure has seen its revenue nearly double in Q2 FY25, reaching ₹1,473 crore. This expansion supports Hyperpure's "Express" delivery service, offering faster deliveries to restaurant partners, and aligns with Zomato's broader strategy to expand its B2B supply chain.
